Andrew started his career in the automotive industry initially in vehicle sales before moving through the ranks to hold senior positions with some of the UK’s largest dealer groups.
As a Fellow of the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) and having attained an MSc in Retail Automotive Management, Andrew wanted to share his expertise. through consulting others. An EMCC certified coaching practitioner, Andrew uses his expertise to help people achieve their true potential.

Chris Zanetti
Chris Zanetti
Chris is an experienced Divisional Board and Managing Director within the food, drink, and healthcare sectors.
After working with Mars, Allied Domecq, and Merck Consumer Healthcare, Chris is now the non-executive Chairman of two rapidly growing consumer businesses as well as a non-executive Director of a local life science business. Chris sits on the Board of Bondholders in Hull.
Mergers and acquisitions are areas where Chris’s experience has also proved invaluable, with particular regard to business growth and private equity.

As an experienced, pragmatic and commercially focussed HR Professional with over 16 years’ experience in HR, Natalie brings significant partnering and coaching experience with the ability to operate flexibly and effectively in complex business environments.

Richard is a Chartered Accountant with 20 year’s experience. He has a special interest in systems and processes and possesses a keen eye for detail. He has significant experience in successfully controlling costs and waste. Richard has in depth knowledge of software and cloud solutions across the finance field and provides advice on selection, implementation and review of systems and the effectiveness.

Mark Bowles
Mark Bowles
Mark has held business development roles with some of UK’s largest outsourcing providers. He has orchestrated bids, transitioned services and contract managed large accounts with global brands.
Having designed various training and coaching programmes, Mark’s passion is helping people to deliver change. He is ILM Level 7 accredited and is also certified by AQR International to provide coaching feedback on the Mental Toughness Questionnaire (MTQ). Mark is a certified senior coaching practitioner with the EMCC.

Sacha Mathers
Sacha Mathers
Sacha’s career started within the private accountancy sector, moving into automotive retail accounting with the BMW dealer network. She then moved to a consultancy role with BMW Group UK, delivering leadership and change management programmes throughout the UK and Ireland.
Her automotive consultancy experience then led to a head of operations role within a software solutions organisation specialising in providing the automotive sector with sales and workflow optimisation technology.
Sacha has a coaching diploma in personal performance and business strategy. She is also a certified practitioner in the DISC personality profiling assessment.

Richard Lacey BA, BFP, FCA
Richard has been a partner at Harris Lacey and Swain since 1993, having previously worked at Coopers and Lybrand (PwC). He has an array of specialist experience, advising many local organisations, including Charities and Academies, and substantial owner-managed businesses. Richard has a particular interest in finance and governance.

The Charles Pugh Group: From struggling to thriving
In July 2020 we were delighted to commence a leadership programme with the Charles Pugh Group – a windscreens repairs chain with centres all over the UK. They are also the biggest independent supplier of automotive glass in the UK with customers globally. With this much business on their plate, a high level of self-awareness and mental calm was certainly needed and still is, as Charles Pugh continues to thrive.
