Meet The Team

Richard joined the practice in 1993, having previously worked at Coopers and Lybrand (PwC). He has an array of specialist experience, such as advising many local organisations, including Charities and Academies, and substantial owner managed business consultancy.

Richard became a partner in September 2019 having been with the practice for 17 years. Richard has clients in many sectors but specialises in agriculture, consultants and more complex businesses, offering accountancy, taxation and strategic advice. Outside of business Richard is a keen golfer when he is not looking after his young son.

Laura joined the firm in 2013 and became a partner in 2023. Laura leads the firm’s audit function and is involved in large charity audits and working with multi-national companies and large local companies

Lucy joined the firm in 2015 , becoming a partner in 2023. Lucy looks after a wide range of clients . She has been involved in some of the firm’s largest transactions and is skilled at working with other advisors. She specialises in structuring businesses and valuations of companies.”
